These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between popzar ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the popzar website located at popzar.ws, including all subdomains, applications, and associated services.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the popzar platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms form a binding legal agreement. If you are not willing to be bound by these Terms, do not use the popzar platform.

popzar reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Use of the popzar platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. popzar enforces this requirement strictly. Any person below the age of 21 is prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any betting or casino activity on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of popzar is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when placing bets or conducting transactions on popzar.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a current employee of popzar or any of its affiliated service providers where such participation creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with popzar or any other gaming platform that would render your participation prohibited.

popzar reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) popzar account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. popzar will never ask for your password through email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify popzar immediately at [email protected].

popzar may, at its sole discretion, refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason for such refusal.

popzar processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are credited to your popzar account balance in PKR following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. popzar is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or mobile wallet service providers.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• popzar reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if popzar has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

popzar does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which popzar accepts no liability.

All bets placed on the popzar sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the odds offered at the time the bet is confirmed.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on popzar:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not valid until you have received a confirmation reference number from the popzar system. Bets that do not generate a confirmation are not accepted and no funds will be deducted.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. popzar reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Errors and Palpable Mistakes: popzar reserves the right to void any bet accepted at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed error, or human input error ("palpable mistake"). In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. In the event of a significant delay between a live event occurrence and the recording of a bet, popzar reserves the right to void the bet.
• Match Abandonment: Rules governing bets on abandoned, postponed, or cancelled fixtures are specified in the individual sport rules section of the popzar platform.

Cricket betting — including PSL, international Test matches, T20 series, and bilateral ODI fixtures — follows the cricket-specific rules published in the sports rules section. For UFC and MMA markets, fight result bets are settled based on the official decision of the relevant sanctioning body.

All casino games available on the popzar platform — including live dealer tables, slot titles, and instant-win games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results or bet sizes.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. RTP figures are verified by the relevant game studios and made available to players on request.

popzar is not responsible for loss of gameplay resulting from internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or power outages on the player's end. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game, popzar will use available game logs to determine the outcome. The decision of popzar in disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process.

Minimum stakes on live casino tables start from Rs 50 PKR. Maximum table limits are displayed within each game lobby prior to entry.

popzar offers bonuses, free bet credits, and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable across all popzar promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated time window. Bonus funds that remain unwagered at expiry will be removed from the account without notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or assigned to another person or account.
• popzar reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or collusion.
• popzar's decision regarding bonus eligibility and wagering fulfilment is final.

Players who have opted out of marketing communications may still claim bonuses manually through the promotions section of their account, subject to availability.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the popzar platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are ineligible for any other reason stated in Section 2.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform's software. Any such errors must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or collusion with other parties in connection with bets placed on the platform.
• Using popzar's payment infrastructure for purposes unrelated to legitimate gaming — including money laundering, structuring transactions, or processing payments on behalf of third parties.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing popzar staff, live dealer hosts, or other platform users through any channel.

popzar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• An order or notification from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure, popzar will conduct a review of the account's transaction history. Legitimate balances — those not subject to dispute, forfeiture, or pending bonus wagering — will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

You may close your popzar account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Closing your account does not automatically constitute a self-exclusion; if you wish to self-exclude, you must explicitly request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools in your account settings.

All content published on the popzar platform — including but not limited to the popzar logo, website design, graphical elements, written content, odds presentation formats, software interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of popzar or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the popzar platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any popzar content without prior written consent.
• Use popzar's brand name, logo, or trademarks in connection with any third-party product or service.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract odds data, game data, or any other content from the platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of popzar's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, popzar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from bets or casino wagers placed on the platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond popzar's reasonable control.
• Errors in third-party data feeds, live score providers, or sports result data that affect bet settlement.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party financial service providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Allied Bank.

popzar's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

popzar collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

popzar will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud detection services — strictly for the purpose of operating the platform and meeting compliance obligations.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting popzar at [email protected]. Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

popzar is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all registered popzar users directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications when a session has reached a duration you define.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts reminding you of how long you have been playing and your session net position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of six months, extendable up to five years.

Your continued use of the popzar platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

popzar recommends that you review these Terms periodically. Archived versions of prior Terms are available upon request from our support team.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulatory standards under which popzar operates. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable local law in your jurisdiction, it remains your sole responsibility to comply with applicable local law.

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the popzar platform, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. popzar will investigate and respond to formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt of all relevant information.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body recognised under the gaming licence under which popzar operates. popzar's operational decisions regarding bet settlement, bonus fulfilment, and account management are final pending the outcome of any such formal process.
